Volute is an independent UK studio building and operating immersive Roblox experiences played by millions of players around the world.
As part of the LiveShield support staff and Quality Assurance team, I focus on ticket triage, player safety, pre-release update testing, and bug verification for Volute's flagship open-world roleplay title, Buckingham Palace (18.7M+ visits).
Technical Architecture & Core Systems
LiveShield & Community Support Operations
Provide hands-on support and moderation across the community, reviewing incoming player reports, handling user support tickets, investigating behavioral violations, and ensuring players have a fair and safe experience.
Pre-Release QA & Update Testing
Conduct regression testing on staging builds before public deployment to live servers. Validate new feature drops, vehicle interactions, UI responsiveness, and roleplay mechanics across multiple client platforms (PC and mobile).
Bug Triage & Reproduction
Investigate user-submitted bug reports, reproducing edge cases in staging environments to isolate their root cause and providing detailed replication steps to the engineering team for fast resolution.
